I keep seeing this Gucci Blondie pop up, and I gotta say, it’s kinda cute. The sites say it’s “the best Gucci bag for an evening packed with…” well, they didn’t finish the sentence, did they? But, like, I’m assuming they mean “packed with fabulousness”? Because that’s the vibe it gives off. It just LOOKS ready for a night out. I’m not sure, though, maybe it is not for me. I have a lot of things to put in my bag.
Then there’s the classics, right? The Jackie. Oh, the Jackie. Apparently, princesses and first ladies are all about it. Which, okay, cool. But is it *me*? I dunno. I mean, it’s undeniably chic, and those sites are saying it’s a good investment. But it is more than $2,500, which is a bit expensive. I’d have to REALLY love it. And let’s be real, can I pull off “princess”? Probably not. Still, it’s a SOLID choice. And it is cute.
And what about the GG Marmont? That’s always a winner. Everyone and their grandma seems to have one, but for good reason. It’s just… easy. Reliable. Not exactly “groundbreaking,” ya know? But sometimes, you just want a bag that works, that goes with everything, and doesn’t scream “I’m trying too hard.” Plus, those prices for the Gucci bags are just…wow.
Oh, and before I forget, there’s the Soho Disco! That little guy. I do like the look of this one.
Honestly, trying to pick the “best” is kinda pointless. It all boils down to your *style*, your *budget*, and what you need the bag for. Are you a “throw everything in” kinda person? Or a “minimalist” who only carries lipstick and a credit card? Big difference!
