So, basically, everyone and their chihuahua wants a piece of Dubai right now. It’s like the new Monaco, only shinier and with more sand. And who wouldn’t want to live in a place where you can practically smell the money? Now, you’ve got your eye on a Fendi Casa apartment… good for you! That’s peak boujee. Think less “IKEA flatpack,” more “I’ve-never-assembled-furniture-in-my-life-and-never-will.”
I’ve been doing some digging around (AKA, scrolling through real estate listings ’cause, let’s be honest, my budget is *not* quite there yet), and what I’m seeing is a whole lotta “luxury” being thrown around like confetti. Seriously, every other listing screams “ULTRA-LUXURY!” It’s exhausting. But, hey, if you’re dropping millions on a place, you *want* ultra-luxury, right?
Anyway, the Fendi Casa thing is intriguing. We’re talking about apartments and villas that have been, like, thoroughly Fendi-fied. Interior design on steroids, basically. And it seems like a few developers are getting in on this action, mainly AHS Properties and Damac it seems? I mean, imagine waking up every day surrounded by Fendi… maybe even the towels are Fendi. Talk about a flex.
The listings are all over the place price-wise. I saw a 3-bed penthouse at One Canal listed for AED 24,010,500 (a cool 24 million!), and then there are the Fendi-styled villas by Damac… which are, presumably, also not cheap. I saw this 3 bedder apartment in Casa Canal for AED 22,500,000, which is a lot of moolah.
A big chunk of these places seems to be clustered around the Al Wasl area, especially “One Canal” and “Casa Canal,” right on the Dubai Water Canal. So, you’re talking waterfront views, which is always a plus. Picture sipping your morning coffee, watching the yachts go by, and knowing you’re living the ultimate Dubai dream. Corny, I know, but I’d be lying if I said it didn’t sound good.
Honestly, the whole “aparthotel” angle gets a bit murky. Are these true aparthotels, where you can rent them out when you’re not there? Or are they just fancy apartments that *feel* like a hotel because they’re so over-the-top? I haven’t quite figured that part out. You’d wanna make sure you know your stuff before you go plonking your cash down.
