First off, that weave. That signature intreciatto (did I spell that right? Probably not, whatever). It’s everywhere. Bags, shoes, and yes, clothes. It’s instantly recognizable, and honestly, sometimes a *little* much. But when it’s done right? BAM! You’re talking serious style.
I was browsing online the other day (procrastinating, obvi) and saw they have these leather jackets. Like, *real* leather. Not that pleather garbage you see everywhere. And they’re not just jackets. I saw one mention of windbreakers too? Leather windbreakers? That’s kinda… extra, right? But also, kind of amazing. I’m picturing that layered over a wool t-shirt jacket… okay, that sounds surprisingly good.
Then you get into the shirts. They have denim shirts (which I’m always a sucker for), cotton shirts, and then BAM! Leather shirts! Who wears a leather shirt?! I mean, besides rockstars and people who want to look like they *are* rockstars. But hey, if you can pull it off, go for it! I saw one of the snippets mentioned timeless shapes and styles, which, tbh, is what you’re paying for. You’re not buying fast fashion, you’re buying something that, supposedly, will last.
But the real kicker is the price. Good lord, the price. You could buy a used car for the price of some of their leather pieces. Is it worth it? I mean, that’s subjective, right? I think if you REALLY love their style, and you appreciate craftsmanship, and you want to make a statement, then maybe. BUT you could get something just as cool (okay, maybe not *exactly* as cool, but close) for, like, a tenth of the price.
And don’t even get me started on the “luxury” aspect. I saw something about Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, which just kinda… cheapens the whole thing, doesn’t it? Like, “come buy your discounted luxury goods!” I dunno. Feels a bit weird.
