So, I was browsing FARFETCH the other day (because, you know, retail therapy is real) and I was totally drooling over the Saint Laurent shoulder bag selection. Kate, Niki, Loulou, even that super chic “Le 5 à 7” thingy… they’re all just so darn *good*. Seriously, my bank account weeps.
But here’s the thing, YSL isn’t just *one* bag, is it? It’s like, a whole *vibe*. You’ve got the classic shoulder bags, perfect for taking you from, like, a boring work meeting to a slightly-less-boring dinner. Then there’s the bum bags (which, okay, I’m still kinda on the fence about, are they cool or are they just…fanny packs 2.0?). And don’t even get me STARTED on the crossbody bags. Hands-free AND stylish? Genius!
Personally, I’m kinda crushing on the YSL Hobo. It’s got that slouchy, effortlessly cool thing going on. I think it’s the YSL Niki and the Sac De Jour are cool too, but I really like the Hobo. You know, the kind of bag that says, “I’m a sophisticated woman who doesn’t take herself too seriously… but I still have expensive taste.” Which, tbh, is pretty much my life motto.
And Saks? They’ve got ’em too! Free shipping and returns? YES PLEASE. Makes the whole “impulse buy” thing a lot less scary, you know?
But seriously, trying to decide which YSL shoulder bag to get is a legit struggle. Like, a first-world problem, sure, but a struggle nonetheless. Maybe I should just get them all? (Don’t tell my credit card company I said that). Also, did you know SL PRODUCTIONS ABOUT 2024 FABRICE DU WELZ JACQUES AUDIARD DAVID? I just noticed that in my notes. I don’t know what that means but it’s kinda interesting.
